Bank of America won the awards on its
strategy for attracting and serving online customers, its
breadth of product offerings, among other
strengths.
The awards were reviewed by a world-class
judging panel of representatives from Deloitte & Touche,
IBM Global Services, KPMG Consulting, Logica, MeridianGS and
Tata Infotech. Global Finance editors made the final
selections.
